More than 140 years after its creation, Maison GUINOT is innovate  again  in 2017, the opening of the BUBBLES workshop.

For now 6 generations, Maison Guinot, transmits it 's knowledge and techniques, to create original and rare crémants from Limoux.

Today we opens our doors  to share with you our knowledge, and invites you to participate in the creation of our wines of exceptions, old vintages, tender, pink or woodled.

A workshop in a small group of less than 20 people, in a both technical and playful atmosphere. How bubbles, are born achieve vintages, "fermentation". Understand the subtle balance between different varieties of grape or a period of aging, to get a wine that will harmonize perfectly with one kind of  food or unexpected ones.
